Hi,

Hope someone can help me out here. Whenever I do a full lock there is a really bad grinding noise coming from the front of the car. It only does it at full lock.

Does anyone have any ideas?? My bros says it maybe something to do with the steering column but I'm not sure. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it only me?? Does something need lubricating as it is a metal to metal sort of sound. Bit worrying but when you straighten up a bit it disappears, as I say its only when at full lock.

I don't think it can be the tyres as there only 195's or is this too much for the front??

It really sounds like its your tires rubbing the fender. Just have someone stand outside and watch as you turn the wheel.

The wheels are Wolfrace Mags, do you guys have them in the US? Most Z's over here UK, have got them and 195's aren't that wide are they??

I will try your suggestion though just in case.

Have you recently changed your brakes? If so check to make sure you tightened the caliper and the wheel good.
