Hi,

I’m trying to replace some bad glass fuses on the z. I’ve had a hard time finding ones that are similar to original.

Do these look okay? The new ones seem to be bigger than the previous and the wire inside the bulb isn’t cut the same. Does anyone have recommendations of where to get replacement bulbs? I haven’t turned on the car yet since replacing these. Just don’t wanna mess up the electrical system here. Haven’t replaced all the bulbs yet so you can see a few originals in the 2nd pic.

As long as they fit, you're OK. The design of the filament doesn't matter, just the amp rating. I do see the difference in the diameter...but to my eye it looks like they ought to fit.

If the new fuses don't want to insert, you might check with any older mechanics you know and see if you can raid their supply of old glass fuses. I have a couple of small parts drawers of those fuses myself.
Thanks! All the amp ratings are the same as the originals. Just finished replacing the rest. The only difference is that some of the bulbs are 250 vac instead of a 32 vac because I couldn’t find the 32 vac’s close by. I did some digging and everyone said that was okay, so I’m assuming that should be fine
