Contact John's Cars in Dallas, Texas at (214) 426-4100 or visit their website at www.johnscars.com. They do V-8 conversions for Jaguars and Z's. Only problem usually is with the Z speedometer because it is cable driven vs. electrically.

The only adapters I needed were:

1) A 500K resistor for the Tach

2) A 1/8 NPT T fitting for the Oil Pressure sending unit. - Optional To install a fuel cutoff.

3) A 3/4 to 1/8 reducer for the temp sending unit.

Since you have a 240 I think you may need to change the Tach....
This is all outline in the JTR book

Hey Jason,

You Can Get This Information along with all the plans/drawings to fabricate mounts or order them from www.jagsthatrun.com You will need to replace the 240Z tach with a 260 or 280 tach. The conversion manual from JTR is $34.95, but it will cover the vast majority of your questions. I have a 355 ci (.030 over 350) SB Chevy in my '76 280z 2+2. mikey
