i have a 72 i was checking for fuel leaks and found one of my vent lines was not a braded hose so i looked further under the light cover panel in the back. the hose is dated 2/85 weatherhead. does anyone know is this a vent hose or a heater hose. it is the longest of the three hoses that vent the tank.

As far as I know, there aren't any heater hoses in the back of the 240. So I would say they are part of your Vent Hoses for the Gas Tank.

I'm sure some of the other people here can give you more insight.
