Well the good news is the tech is not accurate. If you had turned 10,000 for 3 or 4 seconds it would probably not have survived.
High RPMs are very destructive to an engine, unless you are willing to tear the engine down and rebuild it there isn't alot you can do. I would drive it like you always did and not be worried about it. IF you damaged something it would likely fail in the near term so enjoy it and learn that turning the key off is an option.
