Tighten all fuel-rail clamps to start....look for splits in hoses, hoses that slipped off, etc.
fuel rail leak.
the black rail that goes from the driver side to the passenger side over the engine is leaking. anyone else ever had this problem? thought it was weird but found out the gas smell was coming from it tonight.

Black fuel rail, or black balance tube? Big difference, both dangerous.
FYI - That hidden fuel rail hose can be replaced w/out a lot of drama. Looks harder than it really is - post back if more guidance is needed for this how-to?....
Do you have a front strut bar and if so what kind?
I'll be sure to check that. funny thing is 1 its leaking from the highest metal part of the fuel rail & 2 the mounting holes on the rail doesn't line up with the mounting holes on the intake. I'll post pics later
I had the same thing awhile back. It was my original dampner went bad. Also my clamps got lose from temp changes over time. They need to be checked periodically. My 2 cents
