Its located under the drivers side dash, right above the
hood release. You want to make sure its the problem before
spending 90 dollars on the replacement. just my 2 pennies

I agree with Kelz, although this relay does tend to fail their are many other reasons why the fuel pump might not turn on. Buy a FSM (the CDs are sweet) and find the reason instead of blindly replacing parts. Or asked a more pointed question here with all the background info about the car.
