Hi all!
Just picked up a 240z SCCA race car with a fuel-cell. Unfortunately, the vapor vent is making my garage quite stinky. The tank vent today is just a breather filter, which is where the vapor is leaking into my garage. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can re-route the vapor instead? Carbon canister? Alternatively, I was thinking of using a one-way check valve which will allow air to enter to make-up for the fuel consumed, it stop the evaporated fuel from escaping.

That vent should already have a check valve. Probably a ball that closes the vent in case of a roll-over.
So, just park the car up-side down! :)

Seriously, a carbon canister might be the way to go.

Thanks for the feedback. I was searching for a generic one, but having trouble finding something. Any idea who sells one that is not vehicle specific?
