Fried wiring harness

I fried the wiring harness of my 79 280zx. The harness comming back from the coil. I replaced the coil wires with new wires. When I hit the starter it wants to run but as soon as the key hits the run position it quits. I wired the coil hot and the fuel pump hot! So I know i have spark and fuel. Pulled the plug and had spark at the plug. Pumped fuel into a cup and I have fuel. Checked the injector harness and had power there when the engine turned over. I am thinking it the computer! ANY IDEAS!!
