I am the original owner of a '73 240Z AND I also have a '94 Ford SHO, so this is very dear to me. Sounds like an interesting combination, since the the SHO motor is built by Yamaha in Japan.

The SHO motor is a just a jewel, very much in character with the 240Z. I say go for it!
