Does anyone know where I can get some floor pans for my 240 in Calgary area(a.k.a. not out of province), other than the Nissan dealer? Are they overpriced at Nissan? Is it worthwhile to make them myself?

i spent about 12 hours, designing and making my floor pans, 1/8" steel.

I agree with bumble zee, i am doing my own also. I have looked at replacement pans, they are pretty pricey

I did the floor pans on my 280zx myself, well with help but you get the idea. I live in Calgary too so if that helps great, but for places to reccomend for metal I think the place is called Calgary metal & salvage and they got alot of metal for good prices. I used a 20 guage metal on my floorpans, i think thats what they used stock. It would save you alot of money to do it yourself, plus you can make any changes that you may want.

If price is the issue... wasnt really with me, but i want to save my cash flow for engine upgrades. I bought a 3 x 6 ft. 1/8" thick steel for 18 bux. And then $15 to fill my welder with wire and argon. Oh yeah, and another $10 for steel cutting blades. So not bad, and they are so strong i can lift my z on my floor pans.
