thermotime sensor, it is by the temp sensor. It measures the temp of the engine (thermo) and times (time) the cold start valve. If it goes bad it can keep the cold start valve from shutting off and it will continue to spray gas into the manifold. You might try pulling the connector from the cold start valve and try starting it. that will keep the coldstart valve from flooding the engine....it may take a few more seconds to start but it will narrow down the problem to the CSV or the thermotime sensor
