I would also send the rad out to be flushed/cleaned and make sure you replace all the things you want to on the front of the engine now, it's a hundred times easier, Waterpump, alternator if you need to, PS hoses (if you still have the originals which are prone to failure...) etc.

Things to do with the engine out:

Basic 60K or 120K service (Depends on mileage of the engine and condition of the pulleys)

Replace the complete EFI wire harness

Replace all accessible vacuum/fuel/water hoses

Replace the PCV valves.

Check or bypass the EGR system.

Verify that all the injectors impedance values are in specification. Replace any or all injectors that are out of spec.

Wash the engine bay.

Check PS high pressure hose for leaks.

Replace the Clutch pivot ball.

Tighten all accessible hose clamps.

Replace down pipes/precats with divorced down pipes.

It's a good idea to do the harness. You're only gonna do it with the engine out, so you might as well do it while you can. The stock harness is just brittle
