HI, I just purchased a 1982 280 ZX 2x2 turbo. I have been told there is a electrical reset button somewhere under the dash. My husband and I have searched and cannot find it. I was told the reset button is for when the electrical system goes down. Would someone please help me.

Thank You,

Kaye Rockett

And I've owned my '82 since '82. Your goodbuddy was spinning a yarn.

The best thing you can buy for your car is a Haynes shop manual. As I've often said on this site, Folks who drive older cars and don't like reading manuals have got to learn to love pushing the cars.

It's right between the squeegie sharpener and the sponge repair kit. (in other words, you've been had.)

What does the car do (or not do) that's out of the ordinary?
