The wiring for an electric fan seems pretty easy but how do you actually mount it? Are there kits or do I have to fab the brackets?

there is a mounting kit. It's like a plastic strapes

be sure to look and see if the rad. is a down flow or a cross flow because if its a cross flow you should not mount the fan to the rad.,it will rest on the core rows and where a hole in them so u must find a way to support atleast the bottom of the fan on the frame so the rad. dos'nt have to hold the fan up.

you know thats a **** good tip.. i thought mine was pretty solid but im gonna figure a way to support it better.. i thought the questoin was about mounting the wiring..if it was this is what i did.. if its not then oh well. i put my relay in the car under the glove box so it wouldnt get wet and i could get to it easily. i ran the wires to the fuse box battery and fan from there.. hidden pretty easily under diffrent heater hoses..
