I need help from all you zheads out there, i need a recomendation on what type of gear lube to use in my transmission and differential. I am putting this stuff into a 5-speed and a r200 390. I made the initial mistake of putting 80-140 in the trans at first and it seems to be too thick (i misread the bottle and thought it said 80w90. I have heard that redline makes the best but am not sure if the stuff has any real benifits.

Thanks in advance-Evan

Use RedLine synthetic in both. It will make the tranny easier to shift on cold mornings and stands heat better. That's what's in mine.
