Try dilling a pilot hole wth a much smaller drill bit that way you don't destroy the original threads.. if you can get ahold of a left handed drill bit it may actually unthread the bolt back out for you. otherwise don't drill through all the way. just enough to grab the bolt with a ease out and back it out. I don't think any of the valve cover bolts actually go all the way through. I think they are all blind holes. if you just snapped the head from overtightening it should come out pretty easily. A stuck , corroded bolt is going to be tougher. Good luck
