My car idles rough after its been driven about 20 miles going between 70 and 80.
When I park, if I sit for a minute I notice it idles rough, not really rough, just not as smooth as when It's cool. and you can feel kind of random pounds, like it isn't running just right. but if you listen to the engine it sounds fine. And today I went somewhere and when I was leaving (still warm) it idled really low and almost stalled out until I revved it a few times, I think it was missing. Could all these problems be caused by the breaker plate in my distributor, it's missing a ball bearing, or is it something else. Thanks for your help

Check the rubber hose from the airflow meter to the throttle body. It may have cracks in it. Whenever the engine warms up the rubber will expand and create a vacumn leak.

Hope this helps you out.
