It will bolt right in once you find the 3.9. While your at it replace all the bushings and clean/paint the diff and halfshafts. Also might as well replace the wheel bearing's.
Oh and make sure the new(er) rear diff has the same flange that yours does. In other words stay away from the 75 model year.
