Dangers of moving turn signals low?

272 Views 4 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  Hybrid77Z
I have a 78 280Z with an MSA aero II dam on it. Was going to move the turn signals down to the brake duct holes near the bottom lip. Think this would put them too low for others to see, or should it matter?

What do y'all think?

Yes IMHO they would be too low but it really doesn't matter.
I have a lowered subaru that sits about 2-3" off the ground. The front signals are recessed in about 4" and they sit around a foot off the ground. From about 10 feet out in front of the car, you cannot see the turn signals. I have never had problems of any sort.

depending on what state you are in, you can fail inspections for having the signals too low.
I have the MSA on my 77. I just put some small after market lights in the grill, they just clip on and do the job. Very small and nice.
