Having recently returned from a trip to some phoenix area wrecking yards, I found a couple of pairs of seats from a 2nd Generation CRX that were in excellent condition. At 19 bucks each they're a pretty **** good deal too. So my question is....

Can they be made to fit in a 240 Z? I know the 1st Generation CRX seats can and have been put into the Z with success, but I thought I'd pose the question before I potentially blow 40 bucks.

> Sorry can't help with that question but I was able to easily install 280zx high backs with adjustable lumbar in my 78 280z but I do like the seats that you describe and I would not mind finding out my self anyone?

anything can be done if you try...

I put the first generation seats in mime. It would probably work about the same if you did it my way.
Use 1x3/16? angle aluminum from home warehouse store.
Remove seat tracks from CRX seats.
Mount angle aluminum across.
Drill holes for Z seat tracks in the aluminum
Bolt it all together.

my 2 cents
