Not to be rude
The conversion sounds pretty **** cool, but seems to be a waste of money. You can buy a brand new LSD from NISMO for about $750 and buy a pair of IMSA half shafts from Nissan Motorsports for about $450. This comes to $1200, $800 less than your setup. And as far as strength, I would think the corvette diff is only slightly stronger than the Nissan LSD and the IMSA halfshafts are better than anything your local driveshaft place can make. One bad thing if you drag race is this puts you in a different class because you have done a diff. conversion. Keep up the good work, this is indeed a cool conversion.
