well if you want to do it the easy way with the 78 is not the way to go. go with a 79or 80 ZX distributor, with the 12-80 module and you will have no probs. very easy to do and also a great improvement over the stock points system. you can get them at your local parts store i bought mine there for 110 with warranty included. heres a site to help with that distributor swap.
