How do I press them out? Also do i only remove the control arm bolt to remove? Is 90 lbs. torque the right number?

you can use a drill to to drill holes in the bushings. Then take a propane torch and burn the bushings out. Do the burning in a well ventlated area and be very careful of catching anything on fire. Use a small wire brush to clean out the remaining rubber bits.
The control arms must be cleaned of any and all rubber before installing the new bushings.
I have used the above method on all of my bushing replacements.
