I have read that there was a lighter flywheel (like 16 or 17 lbs.) in the early 80's maxima that fits Z's. My question is.. Is this flywheel the 240mm version or the 225mm? I am building a budget fast car, and I hear that the 240mm clutch has like 750lbs clamping force as compared to the 225mm 500lbs. anyone care to elaborate on this?

McAdam...I am using a 225mm lightened flywheel and clutch in a turbo 240Z that lights up 245 tires at will and that setup seems to holding up so far. Dont know that a 240mm is necessary for a N/A unless you plan on using the OEM clutch. Anyway, be certain to check the input shaft dimensions, length and number of splines.
