I have a 72 240Z an am in the process of repainting the exterior of the car.
Car was a Project I had purchased and headlights, taillights and associated trim had already been removed from the car.
Upon reinstalling everything to check fitment and that I actually have all of the parts I found that the clips for the rear finish panel seem to be missing. I need the 4 clips that hold the tail light panels on, not the actual metal piece that is welded to the body, these clips attach to these.
I can see the witness marks from where they were attached to the part but have no Idea what they even look like. I can post a picture once I figure out how.

Um, there was no 1982 240Z....hopefully you mean 1972.

I'm no darn help, but you might try Zcar online sources.

You are correct sir, it is a 72.
I’ve found 2 of the clips in a box of parts but they are pretty old.
I will check with the company you listed but it seems everyone I’ve talked to tells me they are extinct!
I was hoping someone had an alternative method for securing them that didn’t require screwing through them!

I found a bag with 4 additional clips for the tail panel!
Go figure!
I have a bunch of extra parts I don’t need if anyone is needing Anything. The clear headlight covers, brand new rear bumper Rh and LH and associated brackets,
Drivers fender and a several rear axel shafts.

Eric,
Bumper ends are rechromed OEM pieces that have not been installed. Do not have bumper rubber $150 for the pair.
Headlight covers do not have chrome trim rubber gasket type. 100 for those.
