Two days ago my 78 was up and running and I was getting it the drivetrain ready to cruise. Now, out of nowhere, the **** thing won't even start. There is no injector pulse what so ever. I've already replaced the AFM and ECU. I even cleaned all six injectors. When I place a meter on the injector harness, I don't get squat. What gives?? I also, thinking it is something simple, cleaned off every wiring connection under the hood. What could cause the computer not to tell the injectors to open??

Check you fuses it might be there is no power to the ECU, check these a well (Fusible Link)if you are still having trouble grab a haynes manual and track the wiring
