for electrics and "Oyeahs," like "Oyeah," a lot of your sensors, wiring, printed circuit boards and sending units are going to have to be changed too," and "Oyeah, it's not such a good idea to buy junk yard electrics cause you'll find out most of 'em are no good once they're installed." If it's worth about 20 hours of hard work and $1200 in additional conversion parts to have a Donkey Kong dash display, go ahead and put in your digital dash.
I would stick with the analog one if I were you.
I have the digital dash and I can't stand it, for one thing the speedo only goes to 85mph, and as far as I can tell there is no way to modify it to read higher.
The worst part is the tach, bar graph looking thing that displays rpms in no sort of logic. Makes it almost impossible to tell where your rpms are. Actually one of the first mods I did was to install a analog tach.
If mine ever burns out I wll be replacing it with the analog gauges from my parts car.
