The 200SX Type-I came with a H190 LSD unit that had a 4.11 ratio. I know that it was possible to put these into the 2000 Roadster - Nissan Motorsport even sells these H190 LSD units. I also know that the 200SX can be modified to use R180 and R200 LSDs from the 240/260/280Z cars.

My question? Can you put the H190 LSD into the 240Z? Has anyone done this? The H190 LSD unit has a higher breakaway point (75Lbs) than the R180 LSD unit (45Lbs). The R200 LSD unit has a 70Lbs breakaway pressure, but does not come commonly with the 4.11 gearing and is quite expensive. The H190 units are rather common and not that expensive.

If it is possible, what would need to be replaced? Mustache Bar; Drive Shaft; Half Shafts; etc.?

Those H190's are a solid live axle. They are not interchangeable with any R180/R200 diffs. Remember, the 200SX and Roadster did not have independent rear suspension. However, there is an R190 that is useable in Z-Cars. However, we didn't get them here in the US. You might be able to find one at a Japanese engine/trans importer.
