I got my driver side rear tire replaced because it was totally eaten away along the inside edge of the tread, down to steel, an inch and a half in it looked like a new tire, I never would have noticed it except I was replacing the muffler. The passenger side tire looks okay.
Is this normal? I've heard these z31's have aggressive rear camber but how do you check for "acceptable" camber and "excessive" camber? If it is excessive how does one correct it? Bushing replacement or the adjustable camber set-up a la AZ-Bum? How can one tell if it is "suspension sag”?
Any help on any or all of these questions would be appreciated

The last time I saw wear like that was on a Z32 that had been in a small crash and not repaired correctly.
Get your car onto a wheel alignment machine capable of reading all four wheels and compare the results with the information published in the FSM.
If you want to get keen on the sag issue, remove the rear springs and measure the free length. The FSM should also have a car height spec in there somewhere.
