I've got basically the same setup...triple webers, 6-2-1 header, and I just put in a new schneider racing cam. The cam made all the difference in the world. It pulls like a stocker to 4000, and then it takes off like a rocket, revving cleanly to 7,000. The cam is a 230/240 @.050" duration, .460" lift, 108 degree LSA. I definately reccomend you put in a new cam...don't forget new rockers and springs unless you just enjoy installing new cams all the time.
