Hello I am in the market to buy a used 350z and I was wondering what are some things I should look for when checking out one while driving and what I should watch out for.

I have found a 07 for sale for about 11k at a local dealer and it has 6 speed with 67k miles on it.

Thanks,
PapaSmoke

If in the Nashville area, you might get a pre-purchase inspection at Crawford Z Car Service located in downtown/Vanderbilt University area. 615-327-4159 or www.crawfordzcar.com

They've been working on my 1971 240Z and other Nissans since 1987!

I know several 350 owners and know of no real issues after alignment problems on earlier models. Of course maintenance and other records are a plus.

If you get one, check out the clubs in Tennessee...
Nashville: Middle TN Z Club
Knoxville: Smoky Mountain Z Club
Memphis: Delta Z Club

Another option/resource is Clark Crawford (Zcars by Clark). He too has been involved with Z cars forever. He's right at the 65/Dickerson Rd juncture.

319 Homestead Rd off Dickerson. 615-228-1615. I've used his skills for about 8 yrs now.

my main concern would be mileage on the odometer. When i traded in my 03 z it had under 71,000 and was only given 9,000 for a trade in.

I agree the mileage is a BIG consideration.
The feathering problem on my car was never that big of a deal.
I installed
19" Nismo wheels on Michelin Pilot Sports.
I am the original owner and have 73k miles.
