Hey, I remember a discussion a while back about Limited Slip Differentials for a Z. I'm just curious, on a stock Z is a limited slip diff really worth the money and hassle? I mean, with decent tires on dry pavement I don't hardly get a chirp from my tires when I take off. I suppose if I wound that thing way up and dropped the clutch I might get a little spin, but it seems to me like more trouble than anything to put an LSD in. Just curious if you Z owners out there who are really pushing these machines when you drive them actually need that extra traction. I have no doubt a heavily modified Z motor or a V8 conversion might really use the LSD, just wondering what good it would be for a stock one.
