Front disk brakes SQUEAL when applied. The disks are new. New shims. What is causing them to squeal like this when the brakes are applied? Wear? There has been over 2500 miles put on the brakes since I put them on and the noise is still predominate. Anybody got any good ideas?

I usually use ANTI-SIEZE on the back
plate of the pads when ever I do a brake
job. I picked it up from auto shop teacher.
But don't get it all over the pad, no grease
can touch the meat on the pad.
Also good on studs
