Ok, so here's what happened...I'm changing out my exhaust, just replacing it with a newer stock exhaust...Well, the bolts were rusted on TIGHT and they broke off in 2 places, the catalytic converter and the tip of the exhaust manifold where the flange connects to it (if any of you remember the stock exahust, the flange and the tip of the exhaust manifold have 3 holes Kind looks like this ----> O
O O

Well, anyway...Bolts broke off in the left hole and the middle hole. I was wondering if you guys new the easiest way to get them out...Would drilling be the easiest way or should I just take it to a shop to have them just punch it out really quick? If you guys have any suggestions I would appreciate it greatly! I miss driving my ZX :eek:/

A decent exhaust shop could probably take care of that for you pretty quick. They have special tools for punching out and rethreading, etc. You have to be really careful with those bolts! My 212,000 z31 recently received a new clutch and it literally took me a week or two just to get those 3 bolts off at the exhaust manifold and 4 at the catalytic converter without breaking any of them.

Good luck!

Well, I managed to drill out the left bolt but I will probably take it to the shop to get the middle one drilled and rethreaded...I just wanted to thank you guys for your advice, it will always be appreciated!
