You'd want to put the return line after the AFM because that air has already been metered. But, if you still want to run a BOV to the atmosphere, check out the new item from HKS. A friend of mine was telling me about it. It's a Super AFR, which is basically an electronic device that fine tunes your fuel curve much like the APEX AFC, but it also accounts for AFM cars with a BOV so that way you won't run rich and don't run into the problems that arise from venting into the atmosphere. I'm pretty sure a quick word search from any search engine will find it.
