if you have removed the cam sprocket to fix your problem, you could have put the sprocket back on with chain links on the wrong teeth, I never have bent valves on my turbo motor and i have been 180 degrees out before,, take valve cover off, put #1 piston at top dead center, rotate cam so valves are shut, and do this so that distributer rotor is firing at the #1 sparkplug wire, this will get you back to or very close to normal, then you can turn the distrib in either direction to see which way it runs better, ( the problem is you cant see the crank sprocket, sometimes when we take the cam sprocket off the timing chain can shift off the crank sprocket) when all is corrected, reset the ECU. need more info call me at 513-961-9897
