I would like to go to the meeting tonight, but I need some directions.

I looked at the map on the web page, but it didn't help me much.

I live just south of Ft. Worth, in Burleson.

I need Highway #'s, Street names, Exit #'s and anything that anyone can give me.

I've never been out there before, so I am completely unfamiliar with the area.

I have a few guys with Z's out of Redline Autosports that I'll bring with me, if I can find the place.

Thanks for anyone's help.

RE: I need directions to the Z club of Texas meeti

From Burleson, I guess the easiest route would be:

I-20 eastbound to Grand Prairie/Cedar Hill. Go north on Spur 408. This will merge into Loop 12. Stay on Loop 12 north, which will merge into I-35E. Stay on I-35E until you pass under I-635, take next exit - Valley View Lane. Left on Valley View Lane, and turn left at the first light - Valley Branch. Go a few blocks south on Valley Branch, you will see the Knights of Columbus Hall at the corner of Valley Branch and Spring Lake Rd.

The meeting starts at 7:30, but get there at least an hour early - this time of year while the sun is up late, there are lots of Z's and owner mingling in the parking lot before and after the meeting. Meeting lasts until about 9pm. I'm sure tonight there will be lots of talk about the convention in Tulsa next month.

See ya there!

Another idea - you can meet me at I-20 and FM 1382 at the Jack-In-The-Box and follow me there. I will be in my '75 280Z "Spot" - you can't it... say about 6:15pm

I might meet you there Bob, but don't wait on me. I will be at the meeting. I'm buttoning up the motor on the GN now. Still have to break it in, check for leaks etc. If I don't get it running in time I'll bring the trusty blue mazda pickup.

Where is FM 1382?

I may have to be a little late to the meeting, because I am waiting on a friend with a Z to get out of work, and he doesn't get out until 6:00pm. Where is FM 1382? Ft. Worth, Arlington? Dallas?

If we can make it to FM 1382, by 6:15, we'll meet you there, but if not, then i don't want to keep you waiting.

Look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

RE: I want to go....

I'm over in Silcon Valley... the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area... When I turn multi-millionaire... I'd get a kick out of going to your meeting.

Cheers,

RE: Where is FM 1382?

Headed east on I-20 you'll pass Hwy 360, then Great Southwest Parkway, when Carrier, then FM 1382. Sign says Grand Prairie to the left, Cedar Hill to the right.

I'll be there.

I'll meet you at the Jack in the Box on 1382. I'll be there right at 6:15 or as close to that as I can.

I'll have one other Z with me, a gold and black '83 turbo, so be looking for us.

Have any "free" samples from Redline Autosports? What is Redline Autosports products?

Maybe I've been reading about to much oil lately.

Have a good time.

Oh. No, sorry, no connection.

Sorry, my car club, Redline Autosports, has no affiliation with the Redline Oil. Unfortunate too, because I could really use a piece of thier profit pie right now. Hey, who couldn't right? LOL

Take it easy.
