ive put an 83 280zx turbo in my 240z. its up and running and drivable but i am having hesitation problems after 4000 rpm. the power is sometimes there and sometimes not. ive replaced all vaccuum lines and such which has helped. any ideas?

Yes, it's all upstairs. Sorry but do not have sufficient time right now for a detailed description. Possibly another evening. Still trying to work out the bugs.

Are you getting enough fuel? I remember something about 240 fuel lines from the tank being too small to feed a turbo motor, even with electric fuel pump...nah, that can't be it

I would also be interested in the what it takes. I recently did the same conversion and have yet to get the distributor to draw any current from the coil. I have replaced everything except the cpu and the ignition relay. Everything went good, just won't fire.
