From what ive been told the NA halfshafts are smaller and use needle bearing joints, I seem to break them rather easily, and the turbo shafts are a little larger and use ball bearing joints im in the process of upgrading to turbo shafts.

For red_october:
1-Is a Tripod joint a variety of CVJ?
2-Is a Double-offset joint a variety of CVJ?
3-Is a Birfield joint a variety of CVJ?
4-What do you define a CVJ to be?
5-Is the Birfield joint (inner joint of Z31 turbo halfshafts/driveshafts) as described in the Z31 FSMs actually a Birfield joint, or is Nissan lying to us all and you have the inside scoop on a grand engineering conspiracy?

"I dont really care if I'm wrong or not, i mean seriously."
