Hey guys haven't been on here for years. I sold my 1974 260z roller after painting it grey. Last known were abouts was san Diego. Last time I talk to the guy who had it put a v8 in it. It sticks out because it doesn't have a gas flap roll bar and last it had a small lip wing. If you know where it is let me know. I appreciate it. Thanks again

about a month ago, i saw a 260 with a V8 conversion for sale on CL or EBAY, can't remember which. didn't have the engine, a diff, or a tranny installed. but i think it was out of Oregon.

you should check with your local Z car clubs in CA, maybe you can get a lead if it is in fact still around there.

i still miss my '80 280zx slicktop... 1st Z car that i traded when i got my 76 280z. i wonder what ever happened with it :frown

Bon

I sold it in Virginia and he shipped it to San Diego where he got stationed. I imagine it was eventually registered in California. He sold it and doesn't know where it is. I was trying to get the vin from him. Haven't heard anything.

Yeah, the VIN would be your best bet. If you have the VIN or plate number written anywhere (old receipts, paperwork, or even in pictures), you'd probably have an easier time finding it.
