anyone make a sump tank for fuel?

I want to make a sump tank for my fuel cell, because after its half empty it starts to starve on high G turns. Oh and i have a jazz fuel cell w/the foam insert (in case anyone wants to know). anyhow, i've been wanting to make a sump tank for it, and was wondering if anyone here has made one or has any ideas of what to use. just trying to brainstorm. i presume something that holds a quarter of a gallon would be plenty. thanks

Sump or Surge Tank?

Sum for weld-on application to steel tank is available from Summitt.
Surge tank details for fabrication are available at www.sdsefi.com under the EFI parts section.

I have sweet sumps, -12 outlets with a mesh for fuel retention. Go for about $120.00.

Ok I guess i should have said surge tank. makes more sense. i'll check out sds's site for that thanks.
Prec. engines, do you have a website or any pictures of your sump?
