any color other than black?

Silver?

purple flares, pink air dam, orange louvers

gold?

White could look cool with red.

I'm a fan of metallic purple myself. I believe O'Reillys and AutoZone sell metallic paint.

carbon fiber

IMO,anything bright (incl. white and silver) is going to look chintzy, especially on the louvers. Black looks better because it does more to invisiblize the addons rather than emphasize them. Emphasis on flares/spoilers/etc. might work to some degree on a car that doesn't have an attractive body to begin with. But on a Z I think it's better to keep the focus on the underlying shape. Personally I think satin black works better than gloss or flat. But a dark gunmetal would work too.

I think black with a red metal flake would look really nice.

I'm thinking about doing a fake carbon fiber wrap. That way the flares and the air dam will match my CF sparrow tail spoiler.

Do you have a pic of the car? For a car to look good, everything has to be consistent; the stance, the wheels, the tires, color scheme... It is hard to say what would look good, without seeing the car. I don't know much about Z's, but I have great taste

Air dam & flares must be same red to match the car. Louvers should be black or silver. Any other combo for fenders & dam would look "stuck on" & detract from the lines. I can see an air splitter below air dam in carbon fiber but that's it. Just my opinion a professional graphic designer.
