Hi guys,
I've been having problems on my newly aquired 240Z, I have been told that the external solidf state regulator has been frying my battery.
As I have an L28 installed, from a 280zx, I was thinking that maybe my alternator was of the variety that had the inbuilt alternator. Now if this is true then I'd be supplying alot of power to the battery! Too much in fact which could be the cause of my problem.
Can anyone spot from this very bad photo, cheap camera sorry, if this is one of the aternators which has the inbuilt regulator. It is made by hitachi.
