Aftermarket Car Seats

Well, having bought aftermarket car seats from a Z swap meet, I am in a situtation....hoping one of you know what I have. I ordered Corbeau seats brackets to adapt the seats to my 83, since the brakets on the seats I have...don't match the bolt pattern of the orginial. The Corbeau brakets, that showed up, will not work. They adapt to the Z bolts, but the seat pattern is very different. The seats have a height adjustment which has the bolts going horizontal, the Corbeau is vertical. The seat also has a bolster with a handknob to extend it under your legs, tilt, front to rear...There is no identification that I can find under the seat. It looks like the Corbeau GTS II, however, the brackets they sent...no way. Anybody have this type seat?

Pics of what you have might be a big help. I personally am confused with your post in trying to understand which bolts are horizontal and which are vertical.

I have a set of Corbeau LG1 seats I installed in my 83ZXT. If you want, I can discuss how I went about doing it and what I want to change for myself.

I cannot post a pic here as I have tried. Work computer. I will say I am thinking they are Racaro seats now. The mounts are very similar to the horizontal tracks bolts they use. I looked at Corbeau, Cerullo, Cobra...they seem to be vertically bolting down to an adapter. Also, the knob that extends the seat out....is a Racaro feature the others don't have. So far, I have not found an adapter to the ZX to turnkey the installation....
