I was thinking of buying a after market TB,
do you have to bore out the intake manifold.
I already have a Ram air K&N filter from motorsport.

No, the intake to the intake is larger than the oversized TB and it's a pretty easy bolt on operation.

Tb stands for Throttle Body. It is on the Fuel injected cars, looks like a big butterfly from a carb basically. If you have Fuel Injection, look on the front of the manifold, where the throttle linkage stops and turns that thing, that thing is the throttle body. The after market one they are talking about is most likely the TRW one, it is larger and supposed to make the car a little faster from getting more air.

Jim,
Where can you get the TB for $110 for the after market one? I would really consider one for that price, but the lowest I have seen is about $217 from NOPI.
Thanks,

I would like to hear from anyone who has tried this bolt-on throttle body. How well did it work?
How do I reach TWM Induction? Is this TB as good or equal to the one sold by Motorsport Auto for $220?
