I got the high flow cats from Coz. They fit great, open up the exhaust a bit probably eliminating any need for headers forever. Everyone I've talked to recommended them after you've done all the other normal mods to an NA such as intake, exhaust, flywheel, CPU, underdrive pulley, aluminum driveshaft, etc. When you add up all these 3 to 10 HP mods each, you do end up with a significantly quicker car. Mine seems to be smoother (acceleration through the rpm's) and more drivable as well.
