I'm having some trouble adjusting the timing on my '78 280Z, apart from having the power steering pump in about the most akward place possible, the timing marks are not stationary when trying to adjust it, they appear to rotate around the pulley, which has me very confused, can anybody shed some light on this?
Also, after revving the end (just tapping the throttle etc) the revs go up and then drop below the idle speed, which most of the time causes the engine to nearly stall, any ideas?
