Hi all,

Hope you've all had a good thanks giving.

I posted a while back here regarding problems getting into reverse and 1st on my 73 240Z, a few of you suggested that the clutch may need adjusting.

I've never adjusted a clutch before, I've read up on it in the Haynes manual but would appreciate any pointers and info on anything I need to be aware of before I start.

First thing I always do is bleed the clutch at the slave. Then there is a nut on the slave piston that can be adjusted. The whole thing should take about 15 minutes.

If the slave adjustment does not bring it in line, you can also adjust the clutch pedal. Start with the bleeding and flush, though.
