In my 81 280zx n/a, I have all the A/C parts still bolted in my car but there is no belt on/running my a/c. Is there a way to test, or see if, my A/C still works?

You will need a set of manifold gages to connect to the AC ports. Without a
belt to run the compressor, you will find out very little.
